The Fish Tank

Friday we had a fun playdate with the moms and their kiddos from my MOPS group. They played in the playroom, painted pumpkins, and ate some yummy Halloween cookies! We had a blast! Grady and Brinley had fun together too, cooing and laughing at each other. So cute! Enjoy the pics!

Jackson and I packed up and headed on down to Belton, Texas; our first time in 9 LOOOONG months! My best friend that I have known for 18 years lives in Belton. Her husband is serving in Iraq so she went "home" to California to have her sweet baby girl, Josie, and be with family while her hubby was away. Now she is home and I am a happy camper. It's nice to know that she is a drive instead of a flight away! We had a blast together! The boys were hilarious and LOVED spending time with each other playing, being, loud, and just acting like boys! Thankfully we had princess Josie there to add a little pink and sugar to the mix:) She's so sweet! I added some pictures of Jackson and Jen's cat, Tigger. Words cannot fully describe the obsession my son has with that poor cat. Tigger was a good sport, though. It was sad to say good-bye, again, but nice to know that we will see each other again at the end of the month instead of months later! Thanks for having us, Jenny! I lov...

I had the priviledge of watching Macy for a little bit today. Jackson was in hog heaven showing off for his lady friend acting like a crazy person. They had so much fun together. I love watching them play and interact. We enjoyed playing in Jack's playroom, painting, and looking for bugs. Enjoy the pictures below of our budding artists! We went to our friend, Brooklyn's, 2nd birthday party on Sunday at the Museum of Nature and Sciences. The place was so cool allowing the kids to explore and get their hands on things while learning science. Jackson had a blast running through the different rooms playing with tools, water, farm life, bugs, and much more! We had a blast! The kids were so busy running around I didn't even get a picture of the birthday girl! Happy 2nd birthday Brooklyn!

Jackson had a very fun day today. We had a swim playdate at our house with some great friends! The kids loved splashing in the pool, playing with toys, and chowing down on some yummy cheese pizza and fruit! Then they all went upstairs and ran around our empty media room like wild banchees!
